Users must perform independent due diligence on all listings. CSSAM does not verify the accuracy of third-party property listings and is not a party to transactions between users and independent agents. We do not provide legal or tax advice.

CSSAM is not liable for third-party conduct, physical property conditions, lost profits, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our digital tools.

All disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. By using these services, you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in class-action lawsuits.
